I never liked going to physical therapy until coming to the Pawtucket office! The staff is awesome! Dakota, Scott and Amanda make you feel so welcome. Having Dakota as my physical therapist made going to physical therapy enjoyable! , she is an awesome physical therapist. I have been going here for the past 17 months and I will miss going to my appointments every week!

I just had my last appointment with Scott and can honestly say that he is one of the best PT’s I’ve been to for help with my hip and lower back. 2 and a half months ago I couldn’t get up from a seated position without searing arthritic lower back pain. Now I know what to do to help avoid flare-ups and to continue to build muscle strength to better protect my joints. I can stand up straight!! I also saw Dakota a few times - but I knew right away she is also a gifted PT! And Amanda is the most professional, helpful, and kind front desk person! I love this practice. Highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the service at Bay State Physical Therapy on the corner of Newport Avenue/Columbus Avenue in Pawtucket, RI. The staff, Scott, Dakota and Amanda are awesome. I started approximately 6 months ago with much pain and had my last therapy session today with no pain. I would highly recommend this Bay State Physical Therapy team. Richard Messier

Bay State Therapy has been a great experience. Dakota and Scott are wonderful therapist that treated me for a radial head fracture and frozen shoulder. They helped me so much on my recovery, the office accommodated my schedule with appointments and the communication was great. Thank you guys! I could have not done it without you. Yagna

I cannot say enough great things about Bay State Physical Therapy! From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She is always friendly, helpful, and excellent at communicating about appointments and any necessary documentation. Scott and Dakota are both outstanding therapists. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough in their exams and treatments, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Their dedication and expertise have made a huge difference in my recovery after a car accident. Thanks to their care, I’m on a much quicker path to healing than I ever expected. The office itself is always spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for therapy sessions. I love the people who work there. All of them. Had knee surgery. Working with me help me a lot on my recovery. I would recommend therapy to other people who need it. To go there. !!!!

At Bay State you will receive an indivualized treatment program. Amanda the receptionist will walk you through insurance issues. Scott the Physical therapist listens and creates an effective treatment plan. This is my second time I needed PT and without hesitation I told my provider I wanted to receive services from Bay State. I have my confidence and respect in this team!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Amanda at the front desk is incredibly kind and on top of every detail—she handled my insurance and made scheduling a breeze. Dakota and Scott are outstanding therapists: patient, skilled, and great at explaining each step of the process. I always felt listened to and supported. Couldn’t recommend this team more.

I came to BSPT Pawtucket after Achilles surgery and after being disappointed with the service and care I received at other well known PT practices. 6 months later, Scott, Dakota, and Amanda feel like family and they got me feeling like my athletic self again. I am so grateful to them for the world class care, personal touch, attention to detail, and top notch clinical care. They are the best in the business and are making such a huge difference in peoples lives!
